Issues with Calendar

When I get in my car one of my three screen displays that has been set up is the calendar function. I find almost everyday the following errors (see screenshot) and The only way I can fix it by going to the Porsche connect app, choose my account, go into PCM services and click calendar. There has to be another way?. Is anyone else using Calendar and experiencing the same glitch over and over again?

Did you set up calendar to sync with an Exchange server or your Smartphone calendar? The former requires the car's data connection to be alive and it is sloooow. The latter can work over Bluetooth I believe but seems to work best over the Taycan's WiFi hotspot (which is a whole different topic - that hotspot most likely does not provide internet access so your phone must be smart enough to know to still use cellular data).
