The Cape Town Highway is at Emden now and should me loading my car. If your car isn’t there then the next ship should be the Seim Aristotle scheduled for week 48 according to the PWL schedule. Week of 11/29

Where did you see that Cape Town Highway will be coming to Jacksonville? My CT4 has been at Emden since 11/12..not assigned a boat yet on TYD. Predicted in 12/3 Which will be Siem Aristotle .. arrives J-ville on 12/24

On my TYD. leaving probably tomorrow for Baltimore and then to Jacksonville. Arriving 12/10. The Aristotle is scheduled to arrive in Emden on 12/1.

Did you get a TYD update for production complete?

TYD has updated to production complete. I also received an email from Porsche today stating the car has finished the production process.

I had PEC originally and decided to remove it since I heard it can delay when I get my new toy. Has your car been produced yet?

My SA called Friday and told me that PEC ATL was backed up until March. Because of that, PEC wanted to verify if I still wanted it or to drop it. I told him to drop it. No way I'm waiting until March to get my car!!

Just got the email that my CT4 has been produced. TYD is still behind though. I’m hoping TYD is really behind and it’s really on a ship on its way (clearly, I dream big).

Yes, I’m going to wait until around mid December and do the same. I will just use 50 miles as the odometer reading for any paperwork.

Does your TYD show any updates for the steps after “Production Completed” (”Ready for transport”, “In Transit to Emden”, etc)?

Mine shows production complete…the dealer said they cannot invoice me until they are…I might bail and buy an on ground car if I can’t get it in December

Sorry I missed this. They cannot invoice you until they’re produced or something else?

Also, I was thinking of bailing too. Do we lose our deposits?

My deposit is refundable…was going to wait until this week, see what ship it gets on…if it won’t make this year I’ll buy a car on ground not to my spec

if you are trying to get the invoice and make payment for the car for tax credit reasons that plan will not work. the car's physical delivery and transfer must take place for tax credit eligibility.

Where do you get that from?
The tax forms say "when you took physical delivery?"
Not trying to be difficult- I'm honestly curious because this is what I'm trying to do.
If it's sold on paper how would anyone otherwise know when it's physically delivered?
