Anyone else have this problem?
Took delivery yesterday. Plugged it in at home to charge.
In the morning it was completely dead. No power at all.
Had to follow instructions to hook a 12V to the fuse box inside the kick panel in the driver footwell. That popped the hood.
Have had it jumped from my other car for 30 mins with no luck.
A technician is on their way out now but curious if anyone had this experience.

Sorry to hear that.

Out of curiosity, do you know the build date of the car? That is, Is it a recent build, or a car that was built earlier and has been on the dealer’s lot for a few months?

There’s a known problem with early built cars and bad firmware in the 12v battery.

I had the exact same problem. They jumped and took it to Porsche dealer. They did a complete diagnostic and said everything is fine. Right now not feeling confident in my car.

Sorry was meant for AMR, my bad.....
Champion Porsche.
Pleasure to work with. They couldn't be more accomodating. They are dealing with a product that is still "beta". Same as Ceresma above. They jumped it and it worked fine. They brought back to the shop, ran full diagnostics, confirmed battery was ok and latest updates applied and returned the car within hours.
Haven't had it happen again which makes me believe it had to do with not explicitly turning the car off the first night. I can't remember if i did or not but since I'm coming off a Tesla where I would simply get out of the car it would shut off and lock itself, it's likely I didn't turn it off the first night.
Now I turn it off and lock the doors/arm it. Haven't had the problem since.
