Concerns: Front window guide
Cause: Customers complain about:

• A non-closing front door window​

• Noises when closing the front door window.​

• A cracked or “undulating” door shaft seal​

In the workshop, damage to the front door shaft seal is detected.
Cause: Complete abrasion of the anti-friction coating on the seal and/or incorrect position of the door window in the door during the procedure.
Action required: In the event of a customer complaint, replace the window guide, electric power windows and front left and right door window
