During the year 2 service of my RWD Sport Tourismo the technician reported a loose rear camera - needing bumper removal and securing camera.
Service chap says it isn’t covered by warranty as likely caused by a bump - although no signs of a bump anywhere and it’s cost c. £350!! FFS!
Why the tech pushed the camera in is beyond me as it was working perfectly before. Now it’s like looking down a tunnel.
So why exactly isn’t this covered by warranty if they didn’t secure it properly during the vehicle build?
