Mobile Connect Charger: Software Update

I came to my car this morning and noticed the MobileConnect Charger screen said that the software was updated.

Is this software updated to the charger or to the car or both?
How can I research what it does or how it affects me?

My Internet radio still takes forever (1-5 minutes) to load!

Another thread already on this; it’s an update to the EVSE not the car. Other thread had a link to the release notes as well.
