Finally an article a software developer can really appreciate. Fully containerized docker images available to 3rd party developers. This is the modern standard for enterprise software development. I am impressed.
Maybe it will be PDK2 Porsche Development Kit
Porsche is providing details on app development for their new vehicles.

With a new software development package, third-party providers will also be able to develop new applications for the Modular Infotainment Kit (MIB) from Porsche.
The all-electric Porsche Taycan is the first car from the manufacturer to include the third version of the modular infotainment kit. This can be expanded with the “Docker” containerization solution integrated in the system with new software applications, says Porsche. Apps and their dependencies are bundled in containers so that they can also be installed on the system afterwards. Compared to previous versions of the MIB, this significantly simplifies the development and distribution of new apps, explains Porsche.
