What's the most cost efficient way to do get aftermarket wheels? Order the same size as the aftermarkets will be, get the tires swapped onto the aftermarket wheels, and then sell the originals (on something like eBay)?

Yes, you're on the right track.

However, If you already know what aftermarket wheels you're buying (and they're big 21s or 22s), get stock 19" or 20" wheels. Do not pay for the 21" wheel upgrade. It's cheaper to buy new rubber in your new wheel size.

There will be buyers for your stock 19s. Someone will use them for a second winter wheel set. If you want to unload stock 20s, let me know!
