Although the EV in questions is a Rivian R1T, the story of the interplay between the 12V battery and the vehicle state, coupled with the failure of the CCS locking mechanism was interesting.
Key Learning #1 - Don’t drive your EV into the ground intentionally.
Key Learning #2 - Rivian Customer Support sounds a whole lot better than Porsche Customer Support.
