Music Previous Track & Next Track ?

Hi team, so how do you do this in the taycan ?
Previous track and next track ?

I see, it has 2 customs buttons, but the locations are very different, one in steering and one is dash.
Even if you waste one custom button in steering for next track, still there is no option for previous track.

Do you guys use voice assistant for both this action ?
Im sure, many wont use the voice assistant for this important task every minute.

BTW, can we also change to next and previous track from the HUD ?
I was able to do it in my BMW Z4 m40i HUD nicely for both BMW bluetooth music and apply car play as well.
If Porsche HUD can do it for both PCM and carPlay music, then I guess HUD is a must have add-on, keeping in mind the taycan doesnt have dedicated buttons on the steering for next and previous track.

Seems like something to start moaning about if it really annoys you when you do have a Taycan.

I plan to use the steering wheel button for next track, and just use voice control for previous track. On my other cars, I've generally found that I don't usually use previous track - mostly just skipping tracks that I don't want to hear at the moment

I solved this by letting my wife pick the music, so I don’t want to hear the next or previous track.

If you have music in the tube on the right, you can use the scroll button on the steering wheel to toggle next/previous song

I'm in a 2021 CT and I cannot "click into" the media Option in order to change tracks as described. At least not with how I am trying.​

I am familiar with what you are referring to as I also have a 2017 Carerra and it works exactly as discussed.​

But on the Taycan every time I "click" while on the media page with the scroll wheel button it takes me back to the menu page to select what I want in the 3rd instrument tube. Would love to hear if I need to change a setting or anything as it is wild to not be able to do this simple thing​

Related in some way to this thread but can you disable the "beep" you hear when skipping a track?

It's awfully loud.

I've used the diamond button to skip to next track and programmed the (double diamond) one on the instrument cluster for skip back...but never really use that.
