This time, the charging covers does not open. the vehicle is discharged and I cannot charge it. neither opens from the menu nor opens from the sensor. I'm waiting for your urgent help.

Didn't you get a manual with the car and read it?
What about visiting or contact your dealer?
That's the first two things you should've done.

This sounds like your 12v Battery is dead.

Does your key remote lock and unlock the car?

Yes my key works properly but I still can not open the charge port door. I tried using the metal hook described in the manual but it still didnt work.

Ok then. Not the 12v battery.
Electric or Manual chargeport doors?
Are both sides locked? If one side is open, the other side locks.
Did you pull on the manual release cable that is accessible only when the front door is open? (The process and location are detailed in the owners manual)

What did the Dealership say?
