sad to say I am not even sure what smart mobility is/was....what is it?

The people you call when your FoD purchase doesn’t go through/magically disappears from the dashboard. Notice I said “call” and not “speak to” because the latter rarely happens.

From the email, it appears that shortly you can wait forever on hold to express your ire about “an expanded range of attractive products and services”.
