New update, but no Android Auto?

I bought used Taycan and I think it has the newest software as icons are coloured. My phone (samsung) says wireless android auto is usable, but i cant find AA in PCM.

Anybody have idea what is the problem?

What happens when you open the Android Auto app on your phone? You may need to configure it / set it up the first time.

It says connected car Taycan, wireless AA available. And everytime i start the car AA pops up in phone and says AA available, continue in cars screen

I would also try connecting via cable first to get it set up.

Cheers, i have tried unpair and pairing of phone, but will give it another go.

Cable option i have not tried.

Is there anyway to verify that i have the update installed?

Tested both: 1. Unpair and pair again 2. Using cable.

Not working with either method.

Take it to your dealership. Could be the uPdate wasn't installed correctly or in full.

I scheduled an appointment but this is the same service department that told me the 2020 Taycan doesn't have Android Auto.

Mine does.

I had a problem, uPdate installed but no AA. I took it to dealer they ran a new update, told everything is fine. I jumped in car, no AA present. Told the service dude, no AA.

They had to contact manufacturer, for weeks did not hear anything, i called again to them and then he said that they need data from the car. I went there and left the car. He called in one hour, if they can keep it for few more hours to do some updating to fix the problem. It fixed the problem.
