I just found out there are nordic winter tyres in correct 21 inch dimension for the Taycan. I have never heard of Frigus before but supposedly they are fairly common in Norway especially among the tesla crowd? Tesla Bjorn mentions using them on his model 3 on youtube.
Anyone know/have experience anything about these tyres, are they any good?
The reason it’s interesting is because during harsh winter conditions, nordic winter tyres like nokian hakkapelitta R3 (only available in 20inch for the taycan) are far superior with regard to ice grip and breaking when compared to winter tyres made for central european winters such as michelin alpin 5 and goodyear ultragrip performance.
