I admit this may be more of a support group for those of us who got bumped out of MY22, but here we go!

Below are my dates. Copied and pasted from another thread, including the old dates I had prior to TYD going blank for 2 weeks and returning with these wonderful new ones.

First placed a deposit down in November '21 to "hold a place in line for allocation" with my allocation date being March 10th.

So in conclusion, +4k in price and +2 months of waiting. Wondering how many of us in this boat...which I have named Felicity Ace II.

I’m in the same boat as you no pun intended lol. We pretty much have identical dates for everything Waiting for my Taycan GTS That i placed an order on 3/16. My dealer had an open allocation at the time so I was a bit lucky I guess. Good Luck!!!

Appears as though we are from the same part of the country as well. I wonder if there's any geographic correlation.

Two of my dates changed this morning. Freeze point moved back, but scheduled for production date moved up? Don't really get it. I'm sure at least one of those dates will move again before those actual dates come.

Oof sorry to hear jld1 - know earlier this month you and I had the same predicted build week as a MY2022. For now mine's still holding the same MY2022 timeline so fingers crossed it stays that way as a Sept delivery

Oof sorry to hear jld1 - know earlier this month you and I had the same predicted build week as a MY2022. For now mine's still holding the same MY2022 timeline so fingers crossed it stays that way as a Sept delivery

Don’t worry about order created date. It seems meaningless. All the other dates are the important ones.

I've also been pushed back to MY23 with a delivery date of 7OCT. It was previously reporting 14OCT but shifted to the left yesterday....I'm sure there's about a 3 week gray area as to when it will actually get delivered though so I'm expecting it to arrive the first week of November. Exact same thing happened to me. Has your dealer added in some goodies due to the delay and price increase?

I asked mine if he could reduce the MSRP back to the original MY22 price, but he hasn't gotten back to me on that. If you know any convincing phrases to use, let me know! I'd love a goody or two.


Also: New dates are up as of 6/1. They all make a lot more sense now so I'm assuming these are final. The ETA did not change which is the best part.

I'm just going to ask for the obvious things (which really should be offered to begin with, but we're in different times now): some clothing items from the dealership's lifestyle store, all weather floor mats, and clear side-lights. MSRP seems rare enough so I don't think asking for even a small discount will fly these days, but let me know what your SA says too.

Update: So I did speak with my SA, after he got back to me and said no changes could be made to reduce the MSRP. After some whinging on my part, he said he'll probably be able to get me some all weather mats for the car. A cool 180 dollar value! Totally cancels out the 4k price hike!

Yet another delay. Two weeks this time. How embarrassing if I have to make a November thread.

At this point, if I can bail out of my order and buy a used model, or floor model, I will. Just needs to be a '22 4S in Icy Grey, the other features I'll deal without.
