Just wanted to say thanks to all the people sharing pictures of their Cherry Red Taycans. I am considering to go and order the RWD version next week and am very keen on the Cherry Red colour.

But there is not one single Porsche in Denmark in that colour which of-course makes you a bit concerned whether one dare to buy the car in a colour you have not seen in reality.

But due to all of your great photos I think I am going to do it.

But was hoping some of you might share your thoughts about what you think of the colour after a while - and maybe could share some additional photos or a video of the colour in bright daylight / sun

I also wish I could have seen it in person, but I decided to take the plunge.

When mine arrives (it's so close!) and I get it ceramic coated, I plan to take plenty of photos/videos, which I'll post here.

I'll also try to be as descriptive about the color as possible.

Mine is out for PPF until Wednesday but I will try to upload more pics then. Here is one that shows in shade on sunny day. Color can change a lot from burgundy to red depending on light. This one is darker burgundy.

In some lighting it almost look like Carmine Red - see front of car in this picture. Again this is same time of day and light just different angle.

I ordered mine without seeing the color on a car in person. But I was able to see the sample at Porsche and I would recommend looking at that in person. That said - I have no regrets. It is by far my favorite color on any Taycan I have seen in person. Prior to this my favorite color on a Porsche was Night Blue Metallic.

Also - as I mentioned above - the color looks very different in different lighting, and even looks very different from different angles in the same lighting. To me that helps show the shape of the car and that is part of why I think it is a great color and something I did not realize until I saw the sample in person.

Thanks! Yeah - I love the look of the Satin Platinum mission e wheels with the Cherry Metallic. Also something I had not seen before buying but I was very happy with when it came in

Thanks for your replies. Based on your feedback I will go and order one Monday in Cherry Red. I think it looks so unbelievable cool.

After just over 2 months of ownership finally some sun! ? Some more pics. This Cherry Red is so "alive" depending on light and sun you can't have enough pictures for people looking for info on the forum.

It's the first time since a very long time I have had the courage to go for something other then black/silver/grey with black interior. Chickened out on the mamba, but in hinesight Cherry was the right choice. I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend! ???
