ParkAssist not available, Rear cross traffic alert not available

Does anyone else get these two warnings regularly? I have been getting them since delivery several months ago. The service center has tried to fix it several times but it still comes up about every 10th drive or so.

Yup! “Park assist not available” a few times a week. No rhyme or reason. Had my sensors replaced by dealer to see if that would fix… and it didn’t. Seems software related. I’ve posted about it on this board before, but many people say they have never had this issue. I found it strange that not only have I had this issue… I have it multiple times per week!
