My PCM did a reset while driving today. This has never happened before.

To be clear, not a restart, a reset.

After the reset this screen appeared.

I pulled over to take a photo.

Has anyone seen this before?

This is the screen you get when the PCM has done a factory reset. This is setting up the car for the first time. If you go to the settings menu there is an option to perform a factory reset and I don't know if the option was triggered accidently. You will have to re-register your Taycan using your Porsche ID and go through all the setup steps in order to get back to your initial status.

This happened to me today and now I can't connect to the car via My Porsche or Porsche Connect. I get an authentication error everytime I try log into to Porsche Connect. I can log into My Porsche on a browser but shows that the Services are not available at this time. May be a coincidence because I haven't logged into either lately but still strange.

Same thing for me. Auth error when I try to sign into Connect on my phone.

I didn't have to reconfigure the car. When I pushed activate the screen booted with my profile.

It seems like something Porsche did triggered this this morning.
