So I’ve purchased the case, wired up the charger and I’m only getting 0.1 mpm - is this as good as it gets with this charger?

What's the voltage and max amps?
Amps are adjustable in the charger menu.

I assume it's 230V?
In the menu of the charger you can set the max amps, mine is 10A (although my fuses are 16A).
So 230×10=2300W or 2,3kW.
That's the max for 1-phase.

Ok, that's the max then.

Another thing, you said it's 16A max (that's cuz you attached a 16A blue plug to it) but looking at your house system, are you sure your line is suitable for continues 16A?
What capacity is your fuse/breaker if I may ask?

As your saw from my first answer, electrics is not me best thing, I’ve got a 32amp hot tub as well so I guess I have enough! I let a Sparkie take care of it, I just plug in ?

Although I read on here some have connected to a 32amp and get 7kw? Is that possible?

Yes, they have the blue 32A single phase cord/plug.
230V×32A=7400kW or 7,4kW max.
The charger recognizes the kind of cord that's attached to it and limits the current accordingly.
BUT....
It doesn't see your house system and breakers.
Most electrical fires with electric cars start due to an underrated connection and/or low quality Chinese charger, that's why I asked.
Get your system checked by an electrician.
I can not emphasize this enough.

According to the standard specs for the UK Taycan, the lead from the commando socket should be 32A. So you should get up to 7.2 kW. However, the cable that goes into your socket looks a bit thin, what you might expect for a 13A socket, or maybe even less (though I am by no means an expert). And BTW, the 32A commando single phase socket is blue.

thanks, that’s what I was expecting, I told the electrician I needed a 32 amp socket, when he turned up and looked at my blue lead, he said it’s only 16amp so he wired for that! It does say 16amp on it to be fair! Should have checked before! ?

My mistake.
I have corrected this in my post.
Two types of single phase BLUE plugs (3 pins): 16 and 32Amp.
One type of 3-phase RED plug (5 pins): 3×32Amp.
