Configuration locked a few days ago
Neptune Blue 2021 Taycan 4S that starts production soon.
I made my configuration Feb 26th.
It's scheduled to arrive May 21st.
Here's my configuration
Porsche code PMZ9WJ82

would be nice to here what anyone thinks..
Nice configuration. Not sure if it locked with the 19.2 kW charger. Believe that has been eliminated.

Sounds logical to me as well :p Would add the wheels in exterior color to have the "mission e spec". Otherwise the rims will be painted silver/black which doesn't look that nice with the carrara white paintjob of the exterior.
I think you're right. I was considering the same myself and keep going back and forth on whether to do it - not from cost, it's now just down to cosmetics and whether I want to stick with Volcano Grey or change the colour at all. I'll take your advice, but as I want a MY2022 model it will mean I'm going to have a good 8 months of endlessly changing my mind.

Hi, I just got my Gentian Blue Taycan S.

Looking at that spec, I’d have a lighter interior and the glass roof. Terribly claustrophobic otherwise.

When I was picked up I form the station, the sales guy arrived in a Neptune Blue base model, which I have to say looked positively dull and uninteresting next to the Gentian.

My spec is at. - PMYCMMD5

Welcome to the club. I ordered my Taycan 4S last week and it's about to come end of October when my current lease ends. After one week I already have a list with options I might add to my order ??

As someone with a week old Taycan Turbo, let me give you some great advice: if you can afford it, just add them. I want value for money as much as anyone, but my only regrets are what I didn’t add.

Here’s the spec of my Turbo: http://www.porsche-code.com/PMY9USY6

This is after my wife gave me an initial £100k budget, yet she freely admits it was totally worth all the extra features that I begged for (except maybe the 4-Zone climate control as our 10 week old daughter doesn’t really have much to say about it right now).

Will definitely add them, no worries ? The options I want to add are just minor changes. My overall 4S spec is already quite bold with 50k € in options ?

Unfortunately the Turbo is quite expensive in Germany. It starts at 153k€ (~ £131k) and with the options I would like to have it ends easily around 182k € (~£155k).

As it says on the first page of the Porsche Owner Manual: better to ask for forgiveness than permission.

HUD is very useful, so I’d recommend it. Night Vision is one of the few things we left out on the Turbo and I’m still not convinced we’re gonna need it, but I’ve added it in for the time being.

I'm planning to order this build next week, I would be very grateful for thoughts and feedback.

Not sure if I've over-specced the 4S and should consider a lower spec Turbo instead.

Are there any "must-haves" I've overlooked or unnecessary options I should remove?
I've added the 22kW AC charger but haven't seen too much info if this is a worthwhile addition or not.
