Original post:

Following our first and so far only photos of the Porsche Taycan Sport Turismo we now have some new photos of the upcoming wagon body style of the Taycan.

This prototype Taycan Turismo was out winter testing in Sweden, giving us the best look yet from all angles.

You can expect the wagon to have all-wheel drive standard at launch with the possibility of a RWD version being offered in the future.

Oh, no. Now I don't know which is my favourite EV anymore, The Taycan or the Taycan Turismo.
Hatch or no hatch, five seater or four seater..

Yes.
Same Taycan mule as seen before (rear bumper, middle part).
Only with a taped on "fastback".

Stop this annoying nonsense. It is not the same mule. The middle part of the rear bumper is the only part that is identical. Tho rest of the bumper is different.

Porsche has dozens of mules.

Edit: Trying to be nice here; Curb some of your enthusiasm. It's ok to be excited for a new awesome car, but there is no reason to assume Porsche only has few test mules.

I'm not saying there's only one mule.
What I'm saying is that they use the same bodystyle.
They've done that since I'm following these mules.
To my knowledge there are at least 4 mules:

I'm sorry you are annoyed, not my problem though.
I'm just proving my point.
You can agree or disagree, I'm fine whatever your opinion is.
I'm not going to post this over and over again, don't worry.

With the "reveal" that the Taycan has a true trunk and not the Panamera style hatch, I think the Turismo could end up being the more popular version.

I've probably been swayed over.

Yes.
I think this mule is the Cross Turismo, not the Taycan.
Or is the Taycan the Cross Turismo?
Same model variation as the Panamera: sedan and Sport Turismo, would make sense.
After a member mentioned the front and back looked very close to the Cross Turismo, I also noticed the sides look that way too.
In fact, those shapes aren't from a Panamera body (like I posted earlier) but look much more like those of the Cross Turismo.
Door handles, rear trunk, vents after the front wheel, side panel shape, roof line, etc.
All the same.
If you're still not convinced, look at the front lights, that's the most convincing part for me.
For viewing pleasure I put them side by side:

Yes.
Now the question: was this Cross Turismo already there when the Mission E was presented in 2015?
I mean, the mules of 2017 look more like the Cross Turismo than the Mission E if you look at the pics above.
Could this be just a platform where you can bolt on any body?
The Audi E-tron GT is also based on this platform, right?
Damn, the suspense is killing me...

So far no extended fender flares on the Sport Turismo prototype. I thought they looked unique on the Cross Turismo Concept and was hoping they'd make production. Maybe/hopefully they'll still make it...

My predictions: There’s not going to be a Cross Turismo. There’s going be a Taycan and a Taycan Sport Turismo. Like with the Panamera.

And the Cross Turismo-concept is a good representation of the final design of the Taycan-line. Especially the front of the Taycans will look like this concept and less like the Mission E.

Exactly my thoughts.
Just look at the simularities on my pics above.
Now let's hope they'll have rear view cameras as an option, looks like it will...

Look at the strange line around the mirror, looks like it serves a purpose but what?...

I actually love it. Might more distinctive than the Taycan sedan after all. Love how wide it is with these shoulders!
