Problems Login to PCM after getting a new phone

I can’t login to my Taycan PCM via user name and password. I got a new iPhone and now the screen that is supposed to populate when you turn on the car doesn’t come up. It only allows me be logged in as a guest. Any information on this topic would be greatly appreciated.

For what it's worth, I think PCM has been having issues for the last few days. It has been cutting in and out on my wife's Cayenne and my Taycan. I reset it, start from scratch and it won't work, and then out of nowhere a few hours later, it functions fine.
