Radio is not switching off????

Hi all,

just arrived home, put the car in park and switched off.
Normally when I open the door all goes off inside.
Now the radio keeps playing and I can’t switch it off?
This will defo flatten the battery over night.
I tried to lock the car for some time and go back but its still on and I can’t find a way to switch the car off.
Anybody had this before?
Any suggestions are welcome.

Do the two finger reset method. I had this happen once, where the radio and car would not fully shutdown. The reset fixed it. If you dont know how to do that reset, just search on the forums here, but basically you Hold two fingers in the upper right corner of the top middle screen for a few seconds and the car boots into a menu. There’s an option on that menu to restart/reboot the computer. Do that and you should be good to go. In case I’m off on my procedures, like I mentioned search for the proper procedure here For reset.

I read recently on here that the reset is where the time is displayed.

May be on other top Corner in RH drive cars....?

You are a star, worked a treat.
Went immediately into reboot mode and after a while rebooted.
Now all back to normal?

Porsche support called already the AA as he didn’t know anything about this probrem.
