That is an intriguing observation!@Kingske I think you are right that the useable battery capacity could be a little higher than the stated 83.7 kWh or at least the SOC reported by the software is is a bit of a moving target. I got these readings which shows the time spent at 100% SOC appears to be temperature dependent.
Time spend at Indicated 100% SOC. Target speed was 71.5 mph.

When the air temp was ~69F it took more than 10 minutes for the battery SOC to drop below 100%. I remember wondering at the time if something was broken but ended with a 300 mile range test.
