On the 18 way seats there is a black button on the side of the headrest that allows it to be adjusted anywhere from all the way in to about 2 inches out. Do the 14 way seats not have that feature?

Sorry, my mistake! Of course I have the button on my 14-way seats.

But, for some reason I thought someone implied that the headrests were part of the memory package and are, therefore, motorized.

If you live in a hilly area where you can enjoy driving twisty roads, the RAS is a must have considering the weight of the Taycan. If you live in Florida where your biggest concern is dodging Alligators on straight roads, then RAS is not worth the money.
