Replaced pax display - now no LTE/PCM and blinking display

I’m happy that they’re doing whatever it takes to fix the issue….. What dealer was this I will pass this info to my dealer. It really takes away from the experience having all these issues my display has been off more than its been on very frustrating and I have a rattle in both front headrest and passenger door.

Update-still blinking.

Replacing the PCM and display have not fixed the issue.

Car is back in shop.

Wow what else is there to change? Unless the wire harness that connects the devices are messed up.

I think it is a software glitch - the pattern does not appear to be a cable issue.

Car is at the shop getting ppf so it goes in next week looks like i should get comfortable Because I may not get this car back for now after it goes to the dealer.

They’re changing the control unit for the passenger screen, I don’t know if thats the same thing as the pcm but is i’ll report what happens when I get back the car they just ordered the part. I know you change the pcm and that didn’t work for you.

They changed everything. Nothing worked.

Are you getting the car replaced? If they can’t fix the issue I’m definitely not keeping the car!!!

I filed a lemon law complaint. They are buying it back.

Not now. Too many software issues for me at this point. Also, the experience dealing with PCNA hasn’t been a real joy.

i mean, screen (wires, whatever) was bad…they replaced….still bad….and they are not able to fix a problem at all?
on the other hand, there are (tens of) thousands satisfied customers….even on this forum….almost 90% are happy

Hidden software issue is my guess.
Does not present as a wire/hardware issue.
