Roof Transport System

Can I add a Roof Transport System, to a Taycan 4S w/ panoramic roof, later ? The configurator says it has to be factory fit. The Porsche Good Yo Know App shows it can be fitted later.

I wouldn’t be using much but for those annual hike/surfing trips. I’d like to have it only on when using for these trips. Is that possible ?

Attached is the image from Good To Know App. Are the (FLAPS) part of every Taycan ? Or I’d only have them if the option was factory installed. Would be great to get some help.

You need the Porsche roof rack designed for the Taycan.

Once you have installed the roof rack, you can put a bike carrier or a cargo box.

that being said, it will severely reduce range.
