I can't find the Apple Music or Apple Podcasts options under Media - any suggestions?

I can't find the Apple Music or Apple Podcasts options under Media - any suggestions?

Did you link your accounts using the Porsche website? I did that prior to getting the car and the accounts were there when I got my car. I think there is a way to do it in the car but not sure.

in the services section of the website for your account you should Apple Music listed if it has been linked or a red bar with an option to link the accounts.
