Signed for my CT4S

Hello everyone,

I've been reading here on the forum for a few month now, since i decided to go for my first electric EV
the lock date is coming up so my last change to make changes - i signed end of last year for a taycan CT 4S in volcanic grey - The car is due for delivery in June

Feel free to make any comment on the configuration!
most doubs were the leather for me (meranti brown/black) , but since i've seen the combination i do love it.
Innodrive and lane assist is personal but a must for me - i know your supposed to drive a porsche but on long drives i just use it all the time in my current car.
Feel free to comment on this ans all the rest

I will be sharing some pictures from the pickup in a few months if your nice to me ;-)

Looks like a good bunch of options.

The only thing I would add considering it's a dark build is "Instaplijsten in 'Brushed Aluminium' Zwart" - listed in the Aluminium section. It's a zero cost option.

I'm considering meranti brown interior for my Carmine Red GTS ST. The problem is the configurator I know renders the colour wrong where it looks more olive green; and of the scant IRL photos online, it looks more like a medium tan colour.

Can you confirm what the colour is?

Also, how "brown" are the meranti brown seatbelts or are they too a light tan colour?

p.s. I like your build. Some things to consider:

• Electric Sport Sound
• LED matrix lights (smoked)
• Ioniser
• Ventilated seats (the perforations also look better IMO)
• Meranti brown seatbelts to match
• Dark silver accents (neodym seems too bling)

Congratulations. Looks reallly good.

I'm just gutted you can get yours so quickly. I ordered on 14th November and its looking like mine will be delivered in November 2022. Joys of the UK market!

The color is a bit diffucult to represent on a picture, defenetly not green. more like a taupe color. I was doubting the neodym, but when i saw it here as well i really liked it and i's nowhere as 'bling' as in the configurator - see images below

i had a test drive and really disliked the sound, i just love the silence..

yes.. would go for it but i had to stop sowhere in my options to make myself believe i was being budgetfriendly

Meranti brown is stunning. I'm almost sold!

The colour is as you describe - it appears more Taupe. It looks very similar to what few photos I've found online of meranti brown and curious the configurator colour is so horribly inaccurate:

Taupe works perfectly with a deep red, so would match the Carmine Red exterior nicely.

I've asked my dealer for an example or sample of meranti brown and will compare to crayon.

That should hopefully seal what option I decide, but the meranti brown seems super classy and sophisticated, while remaining sporty. Reminds me of a classic (Italian style) Ferrari interior.

Well.. i hope so, estimated ETA was 28/06 - ordered in dec 2021, i guess they sold alot of taycans in that month. After contacting my dealer yesterday with some changes they still comfirmed that the lock date is beginning of april wich seems to correspond
