Sirius - Sometimes available, sometimes not.

My apologies in advance, if this has already been covered. Any others having issues with Siriuis showing up sometimes, and others not? All of my favorites show still show up, but when I press on a channel, or the SIrius button, it says "not available." This happens randomly, and seems like every other time i use the car. I just had the car in for service, 2 weeks ago, for all updates. So it should be up to date. Key word being..should.

May need a software patch. 2 days after delivery of my '21 - sat radio stopped working altogether. There was no fix until ~September. No issues since update.

Mine at times just goes grey and I see Sirius/XM but can't access it. Here is the workaround.

Mine at times greys out and I can't access it, even though I can see it. Here what has worked for me. I also keep getting an XM antenna error, which the dealer is at a loss to figure out why.

Thanks, dslev - I gave this a try and still no luck. All Media sources come up, except for Sirius. all i get is the following.... Function Not Available.

I frequently start the car and just can't use Sirius for a while.

I can honestly say I've never had a less reliable radio in any car.

Goes back to what I said here last week. Something to be said about old school tech; it just works.

my sirius was on for what I assumed was a free trial when I took delivery, then it was disconnected. after returning from a two week trip this past friday it was turned on again.
I use spotify so having or not having sirius isn't a priority

I get the SiriusXM antenna error EVERY SINGLE TIME I get in the car. However, it doesn't seem to affect the use of satellite radio at all. If SiriusXM is the selected source when I start the car, it starts almost immediately. If a different source is selected, it takes about 60 seconds for SiriusXM to be available. Never did anything about it, because I can still use satellite radio, it's just one of those bizarre quirks.

The one I hate:

- Listen to SiriusXM
- Leave the car
- Come back and Sirius starts back up (yay!)
- Wireless Carplay kicks in and kills your audio
- Getting Sirius back seems to take multiple attempts and several minutes
