Well Turbo S are just limited in general while 4S is the model that most will buy. Seems somewhat logical

maybe the vehicles are sold - but the customers can’t take delivery because they are all currently connected to EA charging stations and the plugs won’t release…were all the cars connect to EA chargers on the dealer lot?
