Smartlift Memory Settings Gone

Yesterday I received an alert on the PCM advising of a successful map upload. I have a speed bump on my street and have the smartlift enabled to raise the suspension automatically as I approach. This morning, as I went over the bump, the car grounded very slightly but fortunately, no damage. I checked the suspension on the dash and there was no indication that the car suspension had raised. I checked the smartlift locations on the PCM and they had all disappeared. I also checked I was logged into the car with my profile and all was correct. I can only assume that when the maps updated, this deleted all the smartlift locations. Not so "smart" lift!

This might be due to a reset of the PCM (not sure of terminology). We had to manually reset the system recently on a long roas trip as the range info was going nuts (2 finger dab top right corner) reset was good, all appeared to be nominal but lost all stored lift locations, yours may have reset unbeknownst to you.
