So Cal (OC) dealer for service/warranty issues?

Was wondering if anyone has suggestions for a dealer to handle service/warranty issues with.
I am getting a Taycan very soon and based on where I live it is almost equidistant to 5 dealerships (distance below from google maps). All are like 30-45 minutes drive depending on traffic etc.

I'm not buying the car through any of them but wanted to know if any one has recommendations for the service/support side of things.

Porsche Irvine - 23 miles
Porsche Newport Beach - 25 miles
McKenna Porsche - 25 miles
Porsche Riverside - 27 miles
Porsche Ontario - 30 miles

i am interested in this as well. I am expecting a delivery of a CT next week. I am told that the wait times for an appointment are shorter in Irvine than in Newport Beach. I am told both are good but would appreciate feedback.

My Taycan is waiting with them so I don't know how their Taycan tech specialists are (if such persons actually exist) but I've been using McKenna for all my previous Porsche service/warranty stuff over the last decade and they've been faultless. Jenny in service sets us up everytime and the owner texts to ask if we're satisfied and what else could they do to make our experience even better. Have only good things to say about them from my personal experience.

Never bought a car from them, but Porsche Riverside has handled the servicing of my cars for years, and I've got nothing but praise for them. If you call, ask for Henry Quezada - nicest, most helpful guy ever.

Bonus: I've gotten Panamera Sport Turismo, Boxter and even a Taycan loaners before, so that's been fun. Porsche Ontario is owned by the same family, to my understanding.

Whatever you do, just don't use Rusnak Porsche in Pasadena - terrible service and service manager.

I purchased my Taycan from Porsche Irvine. It takes 3 - 4 weeks to get an appointment to do the recall items. They apologized and referred me to Porsche Newport beach if I was in a hurry. I haven't been rushed so I have waited for my appointment and everything has been great.

Thanks, makes sense, sure there are lots of people in South OC closer to Irvine. Was thinking Ontario since it was newer and Newport location may have faster service.
