Would be interesting to see if they have “release notes”, a detailed list of the changes.

hope they fix the clima to be controllable when the car is off. My controls don’t seem to be accessible when off.

I am still delaying my dealer visit to update due to COVID-19. How do you guys cope with that?

It would be great to get the change log and version number as from having two 911s, Porsche dealerships are great at saying that a new version doesn’t exist until you show them a screenshot of someone with the new software version.

I'm no software expert but I don't think I'll be starting any update while the virus (human not IT) is still causing lockdown. If for any reason the update didn't work and caused a problem with the existing setup I'd have nowhere to go to get it fixed...

My car was in to get a few cosmetic things taken care of and I received the update. This is what the service rep sent me.

Here is the info on the WLC5 Campaign that was performed:
The software for the following control units have been updated :
Control unit for high-voltage charger (OBC)
Control unit for rear air conditioning control
Instrument cluster
High-voltage battery control unit
Control unit for high-voltage power electronics, front
Control unit for high-voltage power electronics, rear
Porsche Communication Management (PCM) control unit

As beautifully as this car performs, I'm in no hurry to get it updated. The dealership has only the Service Dept. working, and with a skeleton crew at that. Plenty of time to attend to updates once we come out of this pandemic insanity.
Think I'll just drive, and love it as is.

Mine gets the update in two days. Meantime, here’s what I have access to beforehand:
