A number of members have stated that the Sport Sound was not very loud .
Question— can this be increased via the settings ?

Volume can’t be changed. It’s pretty quiet in Normal mode but very much loud in Sport Plus mode.

People seem to love it. Everytime I drive past someone with the windows open on a quiet street I can hear them say things like “sounds like a spaceship/Airplane/Star Wars :D

Great fun:clap:

+1 for Sport Sound. It does add futuristic feel. Same experience on difference in volume based on drive mode. Gets louder with the sportier mode. I'm definitely glad I added the option to my car.

Does the exterior sound change in volume depending on mode? I thought it was only the interior volume.

Both inside and out change in Sport Plus mode. Much louder.

Hi. I don't find any variation of the loudness of Sports Sound across the different modes. However Sports Mode automatically turns on the brake regen which does have an affect but I can turn this on in Normal mode if I want.

I certainly find a difference between Normal Sport and Sport Plus. It is loudest on Sport Plus. The user guide has this helpful chart though.

Drives me nuts as I paid for Sports sound and then find out that it is dialled down in sports mode.

I did not order sports+ mode as the launch control is standard so you are basically paying for the speed dial on the steering and a clock, along with tuning for optimum performance (whatever that is)

Don't get too upset - don't think it's going to be too long before we see things like this for the Taycan too! Have whatever sound you want - V8 Ferrari - no problem :D

A lot
It's so cool to drive in Sport Plus, having the sport sound on and then the shifting back, like a "normal" car...
That is so cool!
Try it, you'll love it!

I love the Sport Plus sound and it is the only thing that even remotely helps me control my speed in it . For me it acts just like a mental reminder to take a peak at how much over the speed limit I am already going
