Sadly, Porsche tested the waters in the USA with the Panamera ST and the buyer take rate for that model was so poor that it's pretty much guaranteed they will never release a Taycan Sport Turismo in the US market now.
The fact that Audi has released the latest Gen version of the RS6 estate in the US is kind of a fluke and I bet it's a one time thing for the enthusiasts only.
But sadly the vast majority of Porsche owners in America are not fans of estates, at least not $100k+ sport wagons and will only accept a hatch in the form of a crossover or SUV. Everyone wants tall vehicles here.
