Sport Turismo - only in GTS?

Might be a simple question, or we may not know yet, but is the Sport Turismo only being made available in GTS form or will they also release it in 4 and 4s to sit next to the CT?

They said it will be released with the other engines in the future.

Limited to GTS (for now) but suspect it will extend across the range in time which I'm assuming will lead to the demise of the Panamera before too long.
