Supply Chain Impact on Production

This morning I went to check on the status of my 4S which (fortunately) just finished production prior to shipping and was greeted with this on my Track Your Dream page. Hopefully, this will be a short-termed delay.

It seems to be a “message of the day” type message. Anyone logging into track my dream will see it.

My RWD was originally scheduled for a 4/2 production start and 4/16 completion. Actually started production 4/6 but perhaps that was due to Easter. Track Dreams site just updated 4/11 that production completed. 5 days!

Maybe got a bit lucky with the parts supply. While the car has the base battery and standard interior, it does have premium package, RAS, Air Suspension and ACC.

I also had this unwelcome pop-up message. I am "scheduled for production", with the production starting on 4/16. Hopefully, I am not impacted. Stay tuned.

My car has the same window as yours - 4/16 production. I wonder if that apologetic message is related to chip shortage issue going on now.

Like most folks on here, I also received the same message when I logged in this morn. I have a prod completion date of 4/16. My spec is pretty bare bones - the standard white, standard black interior, Bose sound sys, electric sport sound, 21 mission E wheels, and pano roof.

Is Track Your Dream a US-only feature?

My dealer in Switzerland has said there was no production tracking available for the Taycan (in my case Cross Turismo)

Dealer called me a few weeks back telling me delivery will be delayed by 3+ weeks.
Now, car arrived at the dealership today, so sooner than the new delivery date ;-)

So now, my Taycan is indicating a July 2 delivery, one month out from the ETA from just a few days ago. I'm getting really frustrated here. The dealer’s info is no more up to date than mine. I placed my order in early December and was told by the dealer it would be delivered in March as part of that allotment. Then it was delayed to May, then June and now July. It's not a friggin’ Bugatti for cryin out loud!

Any one else experiencing these delays and frustrations?
