Hi guys
I need help

I’d like to know if I have to learn something about surround view parking system

i have some problems to activate the 360 view and move the car with finger

I have done it but casually

i noted that in some pics on web there are 8 camera icon on the screen...I have only 2 camera icons (front and back)

why this?

Mine also looks like yours. I was expecting the “8 camera” view like the one you reference to. I bought 360° and everything.

Click on the very lowest camera icon. Should have two arrows with the camera in the middle <CAMERA ICON>

This will allow you to see a virtual 360 view of the car that you can swipe around.

if I click on the very lowest camera icon with arrows I can do anything except see the laterals of the car...

if I click on second camera icon as in the attached pic and after I click on trackpad display I can activate (not always) the 360 view.

I see what you're saying now.

I believe it is because you just have the parking sensor icon pressed on the left side of the screen.

Try pressing one of the other two icons there on the side of your screen to see if the other views pop back up.

I asked help to my dealer...

they have never seen that

in my surround view doesn’t appear the classic view as in other Taycan...I have only 2 camera icon and not 6.

they have opened a request to Stuttgart Germany because we have to know how can fix it

Yeah I'm not sure what's going on either. I drove two Taycan the other day and everytime I used them they had the 6 camera options.

Hopefully they'll have an answer for you soon!

Got my Taycan on Friday and have the same issue. I am a bit afraid that the Option with the 6 cameras is the 3D Option, which is only available with the aktiv parking.
do you got any news on this issue?

no you have that.

try to switch on a camera (up or down is the same) ... after that with trackpad (the screen for the AC) simulate to switch in a camera in the corner(also if you don’t see that) and push the haptic click on trackpad...

and voilà, you can see the car in 3D and you’re able to turn car 360 degrees with finger.

this is an issue and Porsche have an open ticket (mine for sure) and now investigate.

Please go to dealer and show them the procedure, so also they know that you have the optional but it doesn’t work, so also you can open a ticket... more Is better in these case

it is like they are left and right beside the cameras but outside of the screen!

no no...I think you can see only camera icon in the front and in the back of the car... no others?

I am in this situation... look pic up on this threat

when you are in the surround view you have to move ONE finger on the trackpad and select one of the 2 cameras that became blue color... now click on this blue camera once...

After that with ONE finger move on the trackpad and immagine to have others 4 cameras for example in the corners of the car... move and you can listen a little sound that mean you have on the camera you cannot see...

after click another time and you finally see the car in 3D
