Forgot to ask when you were here: what camera are you using for all these great shots?

Nothing better than early morning departures especially when the sky has a bit of a personality!

Everything I’ve posted has been taken with an iphone (previous generation). I’m also carrying a Nikon D850, but I only break it out occasionally, and none of those have been posted.

This pandemic caused my appointment in Reston, Virginia to be cancelled. So, being tired, and wanting to be home, I begged off of my last few visits and did what they call in the motorcycle community, an Iron Butt day: over 1000 miles.

I’m home. Back in Maine.

Thank you all for a wonderful trip. It was wonderful because of the people I visited, the people I met along the way, and those who followed along via the Internet.

Now, to cuddle my cats, and resume my hermit lifestyle.

When you get a chance can you let us know what your average mikes per me was for the trip or in total since you have had the car

I know your not a conservative driver and were using winter tyres but it will give us a real world idea

Thanks for everything you did to help the Porsche Taycan and EV community become part of your adventure. I looked forward everyday to reading your posts. Porsche and all of us are fortunate to have you. I truly hope that Porsche absorbs the posts and replies from your journey to continue to seek and implement improvements to their fine new EV.

Ok then... my Cats, who were very well cared for, but are happy to have me home. The gray one is 19 years old. The black one is 2 years old.
