After a friendly chat with the Tarifa Guardia Civil, we were told to be at 8am at the barracks for them to open the gates for us to Isla de Tarifa. We were expecting to leave an hour later to catch some more shuteye.
Today was okay although we had issues charging at Endesa Andamur Guarromán. We were unable to charge at the 350kw chargers as one was out of order and the other three would not work with the Taycan with either their NFC card or app. I started a charge with one of the 120kw chargers. I did not want to call the service number and waste another half hour ! The other two Ionity chargers we used were good for over 260kw. Now after a late lunch even by Spanish standards at 16:30 and a dip in the pool, I am charging at a Zunder 90kw charger to reach 90%, to be able to reach the hotel and leave tomorrow at 85%. The Sotogrande non-inauguration disturbed our initial plans. Tomorrow I will have to stop here after Tarifa to reach Casabermeja again.
