Sounds like either the dealer is using a wrong email address for your Porsche account setup, or they haven't order it yet under your name.

Maybe the dealer ordered it under a different customer and will change it when it arrives?

But if everything is done right, you should have gotten an invite to setup your account. "Track your Dream" email invite is part of the process.

Double-check with your dealer, something's not right, all these are automated. Unless dealer does something different.

Thanks. It doesn't appear in MyPorsche despite that account using the same email address as my order. I have contacted the dealer regarding the issue. So far I have been unimpressed with the customer service.
