One in the image appears to be the Taycan Cross Turismo - it doesn't look as sporty as the saloon in my opinion

Compare to the Mission E Cross Turismo Concept

Assuming that the window shapes of the concept and the production CT are the same (and that the silver window line is a fake/red herring), the concept still has sharper haunches, and so far appears to have a slightly more rounded roofline

I was hoping more for the prototype CT look that was shown a year or two ago...

A couple of days ago I saw a Sport Turismo prototype at our university in Germany. Not the jacked-up Cross Turismo.

It quickly drove into a garage of some institute.

So there will be two versions, right? Cross Turismo and Sport Turismo.

I asked my salesman, who's going (along with every other Porsche salesman in the US, it seems) to California next week for training in the Taycan, to inquire with the HQ people about this question: Cross and/or Sport (Turismo). If there's only one of the two (meaning the CT), I'm fearful that it'll be really low like the Taycan sedan, and I need something with more ground clearance. I test-drove a Taycan Turbo today and checked the ground clearance when it is at its highest lifted state -- and it's still very low (perhaps as low or lower in its lifted state than my Panamera is in its lowest state, in fact).

This estate thing is an effective way to completely destroy the beautiful design of the Taycan
LOL ... I prefer the CT over the sedan very much. That's why they make different models for different likes.

I guess the CT doesn't look bad - but it definitely veers more into Panamera territory, and doesn't give the sporty,911-esque vibes of the sedan
