Taycan Deal thoughts? 166K MSRP, 145K Purchase Price (before 7.5K Tax benefit)

Hi all -- hoping to get your thoughts on a potential Taycan deal. This model is an Exec Demo, with an MSRP of 166K. The dealer has sent me final papers of a 145K purchase price for the car, and I wanted to consult y'all before signing. I'll be able to get the 7,500 EV tax credit, as the car is technically new.

1. How many miles? When did the warranty start?
2. I'd want to see service records to see if they've done AMB5 and make sure there weren't some prior issues.
3. Rear wheel steering / performance package would be nice.
