Apple CarPlay has been flawless so far. I’m really enjoying the interface responsiveness and integration. I haven’t tried native Spotify yet but it’s on my list. I set the passenger screen to always show media so that’s been pretty awesome to see what’s playing while another app is open on the main screen.

How do you set the passenger screen to always show media. That seems useful. Mine is usually just off.

After patiently waiting and delay after delay, it’s finally here. Absolutely stunning. I took it in for a full XPEL Stealth and ceramic on body, windows, and wheels. 35% ceramic window tint + heat rejection. It’s a subtle tint and I love the look.

I’m still learning the interface and so far things are good. Apple CarPlay works great so far and I like the passenger screen.

I debated on the stealth wrap a bunch because I really really love Neptune … but I’m so so so happy the way this turned out in

I’ll get back to you on this, I totally forgot how I did it. It’s most like in vehicle settings > passenger display or something like that. Here’s a picture of how it looks (bad picture at that).

Reorder. They said they can’t reuse it as the adhesive goes bad due to the removal process and then new adhesive is difficult or something along those limes

Settings > Displays > Passenger Display > Display on standby mode > set to Media

this mode is considered “Standby mode”. If a passenger is in the seat the screen will turn on and behave normally. If you want it to just show music, click the power button on the bottom right of the passenger screen and select “Activate standby mode”

My first experience with Electrify America: shit.

App says charging service is valid and ready to rock and roll. I pulled up expecting to plug in and just work - no bueno. I called EA and the rep was super nice and helpful. Asked me to go to the map in the Porsche app and select the charger, and then basically said I need to call Porsche and let them know that PNC isn’t active for my VIN.

Highest I got to was 70kw. I didn’t precondition.

Got a new plate, replaced side markers with clears, and put a brand new emblem on the back post wrap.

Haven’t had a whole lot of time to enjoy this winter as I’ve been traveling, but damn I love it!

Not all fun, though! Had a run in with a fine pothole in Chicago. Looks like the Porsche wheel insurance won’t cover the wheel but they replaced the tire. New tire makes a perfect seal and because of that, no wheel replacement.
