Here are all the VIN that are subject to the recall. Less than 400.Perhaps another cause of the delays:
It’s not clear the date ranges of production that were impacted.
Thanks. Looks like December production so likely already delivered if customer ordered and not a contributor to the delays. Here are all the VIN that are subject to the recall. Less than 400.
Crap.. same thing here, same extract dates. Delivery to dealer now 5/14. 2 months 6 days since production. My car arrived in Emden on 3/10.
The original on vessel date was 4/9.
Last week it was pushed to 4/16.
Today it was pushed again to 4/23.
Does anyone know if Porsches are stored in an indoor facility in Emden while awaiting shipment or are they sitting out and exposed to the elements?
Ok, so this is weird.Crap.. same thing here, same extract dates. Delivery to dealer now 5/14. 2 months 6 days since production.
Oh, you found a trick I missed somewhere. How did you find the boat associated with your vehicle? Search manifest by VIN?Ok, so this is weird.
I checked the tracking site again yesterday and a vessel name (Glovis Supreme) is now associated with my car. While it's next port of call is Bremerhaven my "on vessel" date was still being shown as 4/23 which made me wonder if it was making another run somewhere before returning to Emden to pick up my Taycan.
Today, however, my on vessel date has been updated to 4/2 which is 3 weeks earlier than the last projection and, in fact, a week earlier than my original date. Fingers crossed this is for real.
If you haven't checked lately, you may want to take a look. Good luck.
