With all the California rain hitting the ground I thought it prudent to build a winter setup.
Never had an AWD car that wasn’t a truck, and never really used all season tires. Michelin Pilot 4S have always been my year around tire given the lighter California winters of late.
Decided on a set of Michelin all seasons to go with the winter wheels. 285/315 tires wrapped around 20x10/20x12 wheels. Now CHALKLT just up the road. Never been in a car this confidence inspiring the in the rain.
Larger footprint, weight, and a wider wheel base work wonders. Now I am actually looking forward to the rain lasting a while.
See you all on the road!
