The Taycan can certainly go to 350A to pull the 270KW at sub 800V and 150KW at sub 400V with the DC-DC upgrade. Can you get a picture of the nameplate/stats on the charger? I suspect it was limited to 250A or something in the handshake.....
First time on a Porsche Hypercharger.
Is the Taycan topping out at 250 Amp charging current?
I finally got confirmation, that the Chinese standard also can fast charge.
See a video from a year ago, I think an earlier BMS program that held more top buffer, but still a great video.
