Dragster performance is only of any importance on straight roads with multiple lanes with traffic lights at intersections, ie the USA and that is why the dragster culture is so big there and heavily engaged in.
It is literally of zero use anywhere I ever go.

I seem to remember one of my old colleagues being head hunted for a senior role at Tesla by Musk himself whilst at Red Bull racing but leaving quite soon to go to Lucid. Handling would be high on his list of requirements.

This is true. I prefer the cockpit feeling of the Taycan compared to the living room sitting position of the Lucid
