I don't really like the interior colour with this.

Left my car in for WNA5 and pressure sensor update this morning and there was an old classic 911 in Ultra violet (£155K!!) - my original thought was correct!

Now have a shiny new (March '22 reg) Taycan to play with for the day which apparently doesn't use any battery!

Ha ha. Actually this one now has a hung PCM...more to follow...
Magically cured itself and apparently the comfort features started to work sort of.

Got my own car back WNA5 applied along with pressure sensors.

Loaner was a RWD with air - pretty punchy actually and the brakes (std) more bite early on which was a positive.

Confirmed I don't like white or all black interior nor the HUD.

No PCM 6.0 updates either and confirmed by dealer that hardware differences are the explanation.

How did the performance on the RWD compare to your 4S? Reasonable? Similar? A bit underpowered?

To be totally honest I thought it was pretty good and I'd go further and say for regular and normal driving it has more than ample get up and go - no real need for extra power but the benefit of AWD is the only shortcoming for me. For most mortals this car cannot fail to impress and is probably sensible choice overall.

I think the key thing we all miss sometimes is that an EV has instant torque and therefore pickup is instantaneous. The RWD may lack that punch of licence busting g-force which at the end of the day we don't really need.

Jumping back into my own car there is a discernable difference to provide that bit of reassurance that I hadn't overspent!
